Fraud alert

The names of established energy companies are frequently misused in fraudulent offers, documents and emails. Please read this notice before acting on any communication that appears to come from Acelera Oil & Gas.

How to recognise genuine communications

  • We only correspond from email addresses ending in @aceleraoilandgas.com. We never use free email services.
  • Our legal name is Acelera Oil and Gas LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Document No. L25000435705.
  • We never request advance fees, deposits or payments to release documents, inspection reports or product allocations.
  • We never change our bank details by email. Any change is confirmed in writing by an authorised signatory and verified by telephone through a known contact.
  • We do not appoint mandates, brokers or intermediaries to offer product or sign documents on our behalf.

Warning signs

  • Email addresses or websites that imitate our name with small variations in spelling or domain.
  • Unsolicited offers of large monthly quantities at prices well below market.
  • Requests to pay for inspection, proof of product or document releases before independent verification.
  • Contracts, letters or certificates bearing our name that you did not receive directly from us.
  • Pressure to act urgently or to keep the transaction confidential from our company.

What to do

If you receive a suspicious offer, document or payment request that uses our name, do not make any payment or share any documents. Verify it by writing to cgs@aceleraoilandgas.com and, where appropriate, report it to the authorities in your country.
